Certain

Collection

Donation
Acquisition, free of charge, of documents and private archives, sometimes accompanied by certain obligations, with the recipient body having the option of refusing it. The donation implies a change of ownership.

Incorporation
Is the acquisition of free of charge and on a definitive basis of archival documents by an institution or service responsible for acquiring and communicating them, which then has complete jurisdiction over them. Reference Code
